• Digital Data Systems was founded in 1988 in the state of Hawaii.  Initially DDS was a service contractor to the United States Navy.  Our field engineers provided support to U.S, surface ships and submarine weapon, data and communication systems in the central/western Pacific and Indian oceans.

• In 1994 we added Novell, Microsoft and Banyan Vines system expertise to our service portfolio. In 1995 we relocated our offices to Langhorne, PA., a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. We still maintain our Hawaii State Incorporation. At the same time our focus shifted to commercial Small/Medium Business (SMB), Educational K-12 Institutions and residential networking and operating systems.

• In 1999 we added Value-Added Reseller (VAR) to our offered portfolio. VAR is defined as: 

Value Added Reseller. A company that resells another vendor’s product together with software, applications or consulting services of its own, thus adding value. The original product’s name is usually still used.
